Harald Hoffmann, who has degrees in business studies and tax administration, was appointed as a Steuerberater (German tax advisor) in 1998 and a Wirtschaftsprüfer (German public auditor) in 2004. After working for 13 years for prestigious international firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) on financial statement audits and related technical functions (audit procedures, IFRSs), he joined our firm as a partner in 2008.
In this capacity he provides support for national and international clients from a wide variety of sectors and with different legal forms. His areas of specialisation are tax and organisational structure consulting, and audits of voluntary and mandatory financial statements, as well as internal training and continuous professional development.

A business studies graduate, Stefan Sauerbier was appointed as a Steuerberater (German tax advisor) in 1994 and a Wirtschaftsprüfer (German public auditor) in 1996. After working for prestigious audit firm KPMG for six years, he joined uniTreu as a partner in 1997.
Here he is responsible for national and international clients from a number of sectors. His two key focuses are on supporting German corporations with business links abroad and foreign corporations with business links to Germany. In addition, he provides support and advice for expatriates.

A business studies graduate, Wolfgang Schimm was appointed as a Steuerberater (German tax advisor) in 1982 and a Wirtschaftsprüfer (German public auditor) in 1986. After working for prestigious international audit firm KPMG for four years, he became a partner at uniTreu in 1986.
He advises national and international clients from a wide range of sectors, with a particular emphasis on German middle-market enterprises and companies with business links to France. Other focuses include consulting on group structuring and enterprise valuations in the context of transformations, mergers and company sales.

Ralf Zeiss, who has a degree in information management, was appointed as a Steuerberater (German tax advisor) in 1995 and a Wirtschaftsprüfer (German public auditor) in 1996. After working for prestigious international audit firm KPMG for six years, he joined uniTreu as a partner in 1998. In addition, he has been a member of the board of INPACT Global, the international alliance of audit and tax advisory firms, since 2011.
He provides advisory services for national and international clients from a wide range of sectors. One focus of his work is on advising the subsidiaries of international groups, including on setting up and automating reporting. Another focus is on auditing both voluntary and mandatory annual financial statements.
